No Sweat Intro

Your first visit with us will be about 20-30 minutes long. We’ll introduce you to our staff and take a tour of the facility. We’ll sit down and get to know each other.

We want to get to know you and your fitness goals, and then together we’ll decide what the best way to get started will be – Group Classes , Personal Training, or a combination.

Appointments may be booked starting 4 hours in advance of the appointment and up to 4 hours before the start of the appointment.
